A vintage glass “Snoopy” money jar.
Probably 1980’s American made,these were popular then along with Garfield,Mickey Mouse and other cartoon characters.
Approximately 150mm high,good condition with some marks inside and dust,there is also what looks like a mark inside where a coin was.
A nice decorative piece,you can use it too although getting the money out would be difficult,these were designed to be smashed when they got full.
